MSOA Strategic Planning

In early 2024, we initiated a strategic planning process to clarify our identity as a school community and collectively reimagine our future. We are proud to say that many members of the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta community—including students, families, staff, and community members—participated in interviews, joined focus groups, completed surveys, and served on working groups throughout the process to help define our path forward.

Together, we refined our mission, articulated school design principles, and developed the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta Graduate Profile. We established a comprehensive road map for the shifts we will make over the next five years in our academic, talent, and operational strategies.
