Ihsan Saleem is the CEO of Graceline (formerly Saleem & Co.), a real estate investment firm focused on revitalizing working-class communities. Since 2011, the firm has sponsored over $250 million in investments, transforming more than 2,000 distressed housing units into clean, safe, and affordable homes. A Morehouse College graduate and former investment banker at Deutsche Bank, He serves on the boards of several faith-based and educational organizations and is a strong advocate for holistic urban renewal.

Vice Chair

India Y. Ali is the founder and principal attorney at The Law Office of India Y. Ali, a boutique firm with offices in Georgia and Texas specializing in estate planning, probate, and real estate law. A graduate of Hofstra University and North Carolina Central University, where she earned both her J.D. and MBA, India brings a unique blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial insight to her work. A Georgia native raised in DeKalb County and a former NCAA Division I basketball player, India coaches girls’ basketball at Mohammed Schools of Atlanta and serves on several nonprofit boards.

Omar Karim is the founder and CEO of Banneker Ventures, a full-service real estate development and construction firm with a $700 million pipeline of projects across Maryland and Washington, D.C. A graduate of Howard University’s School of Engineering and School of Law, Omar began his career as a corporate attorney before moving into real estate development. He serves on numerous boards, including the Maryland Economic Development Corporation and College Track, and is active in organizations such as the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Real Estate Executive Council.

Kofi Rashid is a partner at Interculture, bringing over two decades of experience in business strategy, senior management advisory, and partnership development. A graduate from Howard University, he began his career at Bain & Company before taking on significant roles in Malaysia and Dubai, including head of strategy for Dubai’s first investment promotion agency and the private office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Kofi has advised CEOs, chairmen, and government officials across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United States, leveraging his global strategy expertise and collaborative approach to deliver impactful results.

Dr. Naim Shaheed is a podiatric surgeon and Chief Medical Director at Ankle and Foot Centers of America. A recognized leader in podiatric surgery, he currently serves as the Chief of Podiatric Surgery and Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University Hillandale Hospital.  An Emory and Barry University graduate, he has served on the board of various organizations, including the the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta, the Islamic Speakers Bureau, and 100 Black Men of DeKalb. Over the past decade, Dr. Shaheed has been a catalyst for multi-level fundraising efforts across various civic and nonprofit platforms.

Imam Plemon T. El-Amin is the Imam Emeritus of the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, one of the largest and most progressive mosques in the U.S. He is the former Director of the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta. Working as a close aide and supporter of Imam Warith Deen Mohammed, Imam El-Amin has traveled the nation and the world, representing the concerns and interests of Muslim Americans.

Qur’an Shakir, affectionately called Madame Q, is credited with pioneering projects and programs in the Atlanta area and is recognized across the U.S. for her championship work as an award-winning educator for nearly 30 years. She has served as a teacher and principal of the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta, and as an educational consultant to local public and private school educators.

Attiyya Mujahid Ali, M.Ed, is a dynamic Instructional Designer with 15 years of experience in web design, coding, and course development. In her professional role as an eLearning instructional designer at Spelman College, Attiyya blends her passion for technology and education to support purposeful, empowering, and inclusive learning. Raised as the daughter of community workers, Attiyya’s journey has been shaped by a legacy of faith, love, and uplifting others.

Fatyma Saleem is a former consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. After four years in Morocco and Nigeria, she founded FDS Ventures to support education and social justice organizations. A graduate of Yale University, Fatyma has led strategic planning efforts for schools and nonprofits across the U.S. and internationally. She serves on the board of UWC-USA, a member of a global network of schools dedicated to uniting young people from diverse backgrounds through education for peace and sustainability. She also serves on the boards of the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta, and the Islamic Speakers Bureau.

Hassan is a Managing Director at Graceline, where he oversees the real estate acquisition and management of the firm. Prior to Graceline, Hassan was a Vice President of Acquisitions at IRA Capital, a California-based real estate private equity firm, and previous to which he had various roles in the investment world. Hassan has closed over $400m in real estate transactions.

Hassan started his career at Barclays Investment Bank in New York, advising telecom and media companies on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic decisions, where he advised on more than $1.5bn of closed transactions.

Archiving Project Manager

Morgan Mathews is a writer and director whose work blends narrative and documentary storytelling to explore themes of Black identity, spirituality, and community. A native of Atlanta, his acclaimed short film Half-Day screened at festivals including Palm Springs, BlackStar, and SFFILM, and will be featured on Xfinity. His most recent film, Clara’s Fruit, is a documentary chronicling the legacy of Sister Clara Muhammad and the founding of the nation's first network of Muslim schools. Morgan is a FilmHouse resident with SFFILM and a recipient of support from the Islamic Scholarship Fund.

Stephanie Williams is a nonprofit professional and social entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in fundraising and business operations. She currently leads resource development at Georgia Interfaith Power & Light, guiding philanthropic strategy across major gifts, grants, and the annual fund. An Atlanta native and Georgia State alumna, Stephanie has held roles at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Piedmont Park Conservancy, Democratic Party of Georgia, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. Stephanie is the former co-owner of a James Beard–nominated neighborhood restaurant and is currently pursuing a dual master’s in Philanthropic Studies and Humanitarian Leadership at Indiana University
